This machine does the job. Its almost as good as real sex. Well worth the money. It's heavy enough that you don't have to worry about it moving away from you. It's not very tall but can be positioned any way you want. The only concern I have and it is very minor is there is that the arm mechanism on the side looks like it would hurt you pretty bad if you got your finger caught. But there really is no reason you should be putting your hand there. So yeh 11 out of 10 would buy again.
